to all that have been banded, Is it easier to change your eating habits after the band is placed? Here I am 2 weeks out trying to eat only 3 meals a day and its a killer. Will this surgery be helping me with my desire to always want to eat? I know we need to start watching what we eat B-4 the surgery but I finding it almost impossible which is why Im choosing to have the surgery. any and all imput will be loved...thanks , Wendy:confused:

hey Linda, Thank you so much I needed to hear that. I guess that I really dont know what it's like to be full and not want to nibble. Hi, my name is Wendy. My date is Feb 26th. I'll kep you guys posted. Thanks to you two feb banded guys for sharing what sounds like your pain. For those of you who suffered from painful gas afterwards is there anything you could have done to get around that?? My Dr is Blackstone and so far I feel she's gunna be fabulous.

My lap band is in 2 weeks. Can anyone out there who has been banded in the last few months answer me this. How hard has it been for you to change all your eating patterns. Do you still have the same must have's as you did B-4 surgery? Its hard to imagine not wanting to do what I've always wanted to do B-4. Is it that much easier? I work for a caterer and Im around great food and desserts all day and Im very scared I'll still have the compelling desire to eat everything . Please someone write me back..Thank you......Wendy
