Hey i have been on my liquid diet for 7 days now when i get my band it will be 9 days it hasnt been as bad as i thought it would be i have lost 10 lbs not much but more than i expected i would have to say that today has been harder than the last 6 i guess becouse i know that thursday is almost here and i just want a normal meal lol i will keep you updated!!so when do you get you band done?
