I am with you dilly! I never used to eat biscuits but now I crave them too but don't agree with me as well...my advise try to find a healthy alternative. how bout a rice cracker or something. Welcome to LBT it is great to meet you here and keep us posted wont you! becky

This christmas season for me Has been a killer (weight wise) I think I have stayed away from LBT cause I have just been feeling so bad about my actions of the past few weeks but you and me together...with the support found here will get back on track in no time at all. ok guys...time to spill the awful truth...I put on about 2lbs this christmas...I was going just fine with my meals and eating the right amounts until someone pulled out the Chocolates, Desert, Potato chips and 2 bottles of wine...How has everyone elses Christmas gone...Fess up!
