Carol1951 I wasn't a Water drinker either until my liquid diet...It was rough...I had to carry around a sipper bottle everywhere to try and remind myself to drink. But hang in there...you will do fine! Ambrosia Congratulations on your first fill...Glad you are lovin the band still! becky

BTW I braved my swimsuit last week and although I am not looking totally as I would like to yet...my weightloss so far has made a BIG difference...I am not 'hanging out of it' nearly as much as i used too. becky

ok, ok so soda is all BAD but I love my Coke Zero too! and I must admit I have about 1 a week...but not good to have I hear in the early stages post surgery...I am almost 2 years in remember..hehehe becky

Angie35 Congratulations on your recent banding that is fantastic! Re: hunger sometimes it can take 3-4 fills before you reach your sweet spot in terms of restriction so hang in there, stick with the program...the best is yet to come. becky

ginger 3151 Welcome to LBT...wow congrats on your 15lb weightloss todate that is fabulous! With me it took awhile before I got to my sweet spot in terms of restriction...and it took about 3-4 fills GRRR very fustrating but you will get there just be patient...sounds like you are doing all you can so that is great...soon you wont know yourself. keep us posted. becky

YAY Luvinke! Not long to go now...what a journey you have been on so far aye...bet you wondered if you would ever get here... I have had lapband for almost 2 years now and I don't regret it for the world...it has been tough at times...and fustrating and my rate of weightloss hasn't been ideal but it IS working for me. You will be absolutely fine...the best is yet to come. keep us posted. becky

Jason...its tough, I know...I am a slow looser also and I know it is my own food choices and lack of exercise that limits my weightloss...but I try to make small changes here and there...and get out there and exercise...I feel so much better about myself and the scales begin to show my progress. best wishes becky
