Here in Australia/New Zealand we wear what we call 'boardies' shorts made out of a special light material and a tank top like thingy made out of stretchy stuff with a built in bra...that is my current swim suit...when I get out of the water I don't have to cover myself up quickly cause it just looks like I am wearing...shorts and a singlet top...hehehe becky

hi ya tracy...the cartoons are my conceptions...and I enlisted a caricaturist to draw the pictures...but I told him exactly what I wanted, even down to each and every character and their expressions...I cant draw for nuts...Glad you liked! Becky

I just realised I needed to give you guys and update of my progress. the first pic was taken in may 06 the others tonight using my laptop...and the last one was me at my biggest in 2005...even I can see the difference...gee I am almost looking slimmish. becky

I thought about posting the pictures there too but...I don't know...you guys know who I am but many that are reading the blog don't I wanted to remain a little annonymous...for obvious reasons! hehehe...that is my little haven to rant and rave and not care who is reading...maybe I will link back to the pics of my weightloss in a blog...I am definately going to add lapband talk in my flabfavs section... I am glad you like it...

ok so tonight my eyes were too big for my stomach!!! If it wasn't bad enough that I had fish n chips well only a couple of chips really...but I had 2 huge pieces of fish....I thought it was yummy at the time but when I started getting the full signs...I ignored them didn't stop and now I am bearing the brunt of having a pouch that seems to be stretched to capacity GRRRR let this be a lesson to you all...Its not worth overeating...you just feel sick afterwards...Hopefully tomorro I will do better. Hi everyone...To start us off...I am loosing weight of about 2.2lbs a month...ok ok I am a slow looser...but its my own fault cause when I am walking I loose at a rate of 2.2lbs a week!!! Gotta get back into walking. Exercise is the key for me. What about everyone else? becky

I guess the point of this is to show everyone that we all loose at different rates...there is no 'standard' rate...so don't get disheartened if you don't seem to be loosing as fast as others... becky

Wow! Bethpia 25lbs is fantastic Congratulations! Welcome to LBT you are among friends here...we have all been where you are...it took me 3-4 fills before I felt sufficiantly full inbetween meals so hang in there, the best is yet to come...keep us posted. becky
