Ok all you Flabuless Fans...Inspired by people here who have their own blog...I decided to start my own blog site...hmmm well I went a little crazy. I never do anything by halfs so there is videocasts of me up close and personal, humourous and diet related blogs, my favorite music for y'all to listen too and you can send ecards of my 'famous' weightloss cartoons to all your friends! I am so bored...yea right! with two kids, 3 websites on the go and a house to upkeep! but am an avid reader and whenever I find the time... Can anyone recommend a fictional books about weightloss? I have come across some really funny books like "Good in bed" by jennifer weiner as well as touching ones. I am trying to track down "diary of a fat housewife" as I have heard that is pretty good. But I was wondering if anyone else knew of any good reads ie not self help hehehe!. Reading AND inspiration for entertainment if you get my drift? Please pass on your 'flabuless' finds. Becky

I must admit...loosing the weight has CERTAINLY changed my outlook on life...2 years ago there is NO WAY I would be taking pictures of myself...let alone plastering them all over the web! hehehe! but If I can inspire some people then it makes it all worth while...I have had such a good responce to my own blog site that I am working on an another idea at present... to have a free site, totally dedicated to weightloss motivation...we all need our daily motivation 'fix' so my inspiration is to set up a community based website where members can submit/share any matter of motivational material ie video streaming (youtube etc), podcasts, success stories, inspirational reading material, pictures, songs etc...All content would be focussed on inspiring and motivating other dieters. with rss feeds etc so that you could get your daily 'dose' easily. It could be fun...what do y'all think? Do my poll should I set this up?

Hi guys... I am struggling here...I can pretty much go a whole day without eating in between meals...but as soon as 4pm hits I get sooooo hungry. I end up eating biscuits and not just 1...GRRR or a sandwich. What I am wondering is what are some good nibbles ideas that I can have... that are yummy but dont have too much calories/carbohydrates to get me through till dinner at 6pm. What does everyone else eat? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :confused: Becky :help:

Hi guys... I am a mother of two gorgeous children and although I don't smack them...much...the new zealand government wants to legislate that it is illegal for parents to smack children or discipline them in any way. What I want to know is what does everyone think of this...although I dont smack generally I don't believe that the government here should take away my RIGHT to discipline my children in a controlled loving sort of way. I am a hypothyroid sufferer too...I put on a stack of weight and had no energy for months before anyone noticed...I think I have had it for years but it only flared up noticably after the birth of my first child...It is a life time condition but I am living with it...and lapband is what I needed to take off the weight that had been put on due to my condition and 10 yrs of 'man influenced' depression but that is another story... becky

I am addicted to the internet as a whole...hehe! cant take me away from it...I even have it turned on beside my bed at night so that I dont' miss an email...probably lack of a man in my life could have something to do with that...but shsss don't tell anyone becky

I go starkas...hehehe but usually because I weigh myself just before hopping into the shower...always BEFORE because I have noticed wet hair adds a substantial amount to the scales...hehehe becky

I am loosing weight.. however only when I EXCERCISE as well...for me its simple...If I Exercise 4days a week 1hr a day...I loose about 2lbs a week...if I don't...I dont loose weight...however I don't put it on also I just stay plateaud! I am now starting to get back in my routine! About time too! becky

Ok...so I eat probably much more than others here on the band...side plate portions usually...Still less than a quater of what I used to...but I believe I have stretched my pouch a bit...but combined with exercise i am still managing to loose weight...allbeit slowly...what it comes down to is When/If I exercise regularly I loose weight consistently if I don't...then I just seem to stay the same. becky

babygrl 1234 oh I have been there...imagine having your underwear/panties fall down in the middle of a busy shopping center...yes its true!!! It happened to me.
