  1. havent chatted with you i had a fill yesterday.my wt. today 167lbs . 37lbs from my goal.i am in a size 10 ready for my 8's this spring

  3. u dont of many men doing this but good luck.look like you have a good support system.i had my band 12/23/08.my start wt 224lbs. my highest wt 254lbs. my current wt 167lbs.

  7. Hi i feel u 6 yrs ago i was diagnosed a diabetic.that was devasting 4 years ago i realized iwas not just over wt but morbidly obese .really depressed. My insurance wouldnt pay for surgery even though i have diabetes and high blood pressure. I decided i would have the surgery even if i had 2 charge up my credit cards.so i did 23/23/08. Everybody said i was crazy 2 do this at xmas. I told it was just food and i have eaten enough for 46 years. I have gone from a size 20/pressing 22 to a size 8. Last week ilooked in the mirror on the head of my bed and was shocked at what i saw. I had to take astep back and look at me again.i said is that me.yet still not where i want 2 b wt wise.more encourged now.my md is amazed.but it is not about him. It all about me.so hang in ther guys

  8. Hi did well.cooked enjoyed the time with my children.surprisingly i was able 2 eat a slice of ham, a slice of turkey, acouple of forks of greens and a couple of forks of dressings over a couple of days. Didn't get sick.i was satisfied

  11. Thats great.pray with me and for me i need to loose 37-40 more pounds.which will probably be harder than the first 30lbs

  12. Thank you very much it worked.now i am going too try to focus really hard on losing the next 40lbs.its hard.my thighs ,abdomen and upper arms.i have to concentrate on in the gym
