at first i was able to eat as before than after the 2nd fill i was unable to eat eggs ,bread, rice red meat.but one thing that i love and tolerate really well is carnation instant breakfast drink i like to put it in the freezer and let it get icy b/c at work it will take me 1-1&1/2 hours to completely finish and i am full and satisfied -
How r u doing i havent heard from u.i'm still trying.today i have a scratchy throat i dont get too many colds but when i do that last for ever seems like.i guess its the diabetes that makes it leanger so.but my glucoses have been good. Normally when i'm coming down with a cold my glucoses are elevated a day or 2.but not this time.last week i only took my diabetes meds once because my glucoses 80 and below. I took it xmas day because i ate more than usual

hi i was banded 12/23/08.so far i have lost 62 lbs. 37 lbs from my goal -
3 1/2 years out and maintaining a normal weight for the first time in my life!

Hi, i live inthe memphis area. I was banded a year ago today.dr weaver.i have lost 62lbs so far 37lbs from goal.nice 2 meet someone on here that is from my area. I work where madan used to be.

I dont have a photo post but i was banded a year ago today.i have lost 62lbs. In a size 10.down from a 18. My internal medicine doctor asked me where i wanted 2 be i told him 130lbs. He said that was too small. I told him i didn't thinkso i am 5'2 so that is not too small for me.so now i am 30lbs from my goal. I go to the gym 5 days a week 1-2 hours a day.minimum 1 hr treadmill or elliptical. Now ready to pump up strenght training 2 maximize trimming and tioning my legs -

Hi thanks for all the insites.i did something last night tHAT i dont ever remember doing. I went to my closet and was picking up and trying on clothes trying to decide what to wear too work today like i was going on a first date. I didnt do that when i was skinny in my twenties lol. BEING DOWN 62LBS IS STARTING TOO CHANGE MY LIFE IN A POSITIVE WAY, MENTALLY.HOW DO I MAKE MY TICKER CHANGE NUMBERS. TODAY I AM 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY SURGERY. -

Hi, my problem is i get hungry in the evening.i can't eat rice, pasta barely salads small amount of veggies.1 chicken stip.i can eat mashed potatoes and gravy.potato chips. Not much carry out foods.iam down fron size 16-18 to a 10. 1year post surgery

Looking forward 2 being there.i have been steady decreasing over the past year.from 500mg glucophage to 125mg as needed.next appt. In about 4 months hopefully off meds all together.
