  1. Hi, thanks. I got a fill followed the diet regimen which i havent done before.i dont have any problem doing the liquids while at work.i am at my hungryest in the evening.im pushing myself back up to 2 hrs exercise a day.now i am scared tto weigh myself.i am still in my size 10's

  2. Hi sandi, i need all the help i can get. I have gained 14lbs. In 2 months i was down 62 lbs with 37 to go.now @7.3ccs in my realize band.so depressed and angry @ myself

    Thanks guys no more cookies.during the day i can go for the liquids b/c i am @ work my hands/mind is busy.actually i dont get hungry until evening ive always been that way.than i am starving.

  5. hey girl i need some help i have gained 15lbs in 2 months.i had my fill and am trying 2 do this right on 2nd day of liquids ok during work but this evening is going to be very hard.how am i going to start to lose this stubburn fat.

  6. hey girl ineed serious help im gaining wt i gained 15 lbs i 2 moths my dr said that i shouldnt be on a constant diet with the band to loose wt but that is what i have been doing for over a year with exercise.i had a fill i am @7.3ccs.really depressed about this.on a liquid/puree diet for today.

    i need major help!!!!! i had a fill yesterday now @7.3ccs plus i have gained 14lbs in 2 months.my md says she is pleased with my wt loss but i am very discouraged and told her so. she than reminded me that it takes 2-3 years too loose the wt.for 2 weeks i have been on liquids during the day.cib, coffee w/equal/sweetnlow /creamer, slimfast, water with exenephine. a meal in the evening.and than i tend to snack on chips and coookies bad! BAD!!! I ALSO didnt exercise for a week.my son is going to the reserves i dont intend to buy anymore junk in the house its just me and the pom

    anorexia and the band

    i wish i had that problem for a while.i gained 18 lbs of my 62 lb wtloss over 2 months.these past 2 weeks i have been doing liquids during the day a meal in the evening.junk snacking.very angry at myself.im in a size 10 need serious help.had a fill yesterday.im ok w/liquids in the day.i get really hungry in the evening
  9. i have always hated exercise.but when i look in the mirror and hate what i see even more it makes me get off my fat a$$ b/c noone can or will do it for me.watching the bigggest loser lets me see where i dont want to be in the future

    The Guilt of Being a Slow Loser

    Im a slow loser also.banded 12/23/8 i had lost 62lbs.i have gained 7lbs i am going fro a fill 02/17. Hopefully this will get me to my sweetspot.hopefully my md will be more understanding.i requested to see her and not the practioner this time.hopefully she will listen and honor my questfor the amount i want in my fill this time.

Wow only 13lbs.2 go.how i wish.i am going 2 dr weaver on the 17th for a fill because im am not losing 1-2 lbs a week.the 80$ will be worth it if this end up being my sweet spot.the good thing right now is that my diabetes meds have been more of a as needed med, so i havent had 2 take it often. But the wt is going like i want it 2.

    I have type2 diabetes, medication and diet control.i dont take my meds if my bs are < 90. Which usually be about 4 -5 days a week.i agree with the other lady.pace yourself dose according too your gs.according to literature the banders have a high percentage of coming off insulin.check into the lap band and bypasss

    I agree get rid of them.this past weekend i went threw my closet, held some things up 2 me that wrapped around to my back i was amazed and said thank you jesus, i actually saw it for myself and couldn't believe i looked like that!

  18. Hi kcg,i feel the same way i work out harder since being banded it just doesnt seem fair.still have very little restriction.haven't reached that dreamland sweet spot.still feels regretful often

  21. i'm @ 7ccs.i had 7.2ccs 12/15 and had 2 have .2ccs removed,i am trying to go until the end of march before i go get another fill.hopefully by than i wil be able to tolerate .5cc fill since i will than have to pay out of pocket again.i am also trying to train my body to last longer with fills.today i tried an unflavored power protein in 8oz of v8splash.it was ok.so now i am going to try this when i wake up in the mornings when i take my medicatiions.if i do the 1/3rd cup protein in juice thats 25gms of protein.

    Treadmill VS Elliptical

    at first i was leery and scared of the treadmill, i hated it.i like both for different reasons.the elliptical works my big heavy ugly thighs.i can burn more calories on the treadmill over 1000 in a hour +5 minute cool down. verses 800 on the elliptical.so some days i do 30-45 minutes 0n one and 30 minutes on the other, oor 1 hr on either or

    Sooooo FRUSTRATED!!!

    take things one day @ a time.most of this is mental so sometimes u have 2 talk yourself out of eating the old way.than again your restriction is not there yet. small steps!
