Hi i am a diabetic some days i test before.usually i eat fresh fruit.or try a carnation instant breakfast drink. Everyone is different, so it's really trial and error -
i have had 2 fills the initial fill of 4 ccs and a fill 3/3/8 0.5cc fill.i dont fill any restriction.ieat fruit and yogart or protein bar for lunch and breakfast.meal for dinner.i measure because i krow should and refuse any more unless my glucose drops

did that it seems so hard just follow the sheet -
i know how u feel. i had my first fill i was scared.especially when i saw the needle.the oni sort of painful part was the lidocaine to numb the area.the lidocaine stings a little bit:tongue:

hi i'm new at this.a new bandie surgerydate 12/23/08. surgery went well no problems.yet not seeing any results. also had first fill 02/04/09.it is very discouraging seeing no wt. loss:wink2:

ihad my band done 12/23/08.since the surgery i have not lost any weight. i had my first fill 02/04/09.I am very discouraged with the band:confused:so far i would not recommend this to anyone
