Hi everyone my name is mrdodropn i had lap band surgery in July o8 an down 50lb.as of now.I have a 100 lb to go.

Hi Sarah , i was on the liver shrinking diet for 4weeks before my surgery. Sarah i could only have liquids for those 4 weeks, but i found out that carnation instant breakfast will really cut the got to eat pains.I used the sugar free and it really did the job. I had lap band surgery in July08 , an am down 50lb. from 380lb............................................ GO Sarah.................................mrdodropn
