Girl you are doing so good congrats!! I was banded on 2-13-09 and only lost 30 lbs. How did you do it or what are you doing any advice?

:thumbup:Hello all this will be the first time i weigh in i was banded on Feb 13 2009. I started off weighing 261 and as of today i weigh 235 yea!!! I will post my weight on fridays too thanks for this thread. -
