Hey, I'm now down 85lbs and I got my band 1-15-09. The key to my success so far I would say my family, Dr. Cywes and his staff. I keep Dr. Cywes in the back of my head everyday. I have had a hard time this month keeping. I take it one day at a time and if I have a bad day I try and do better the next day. I hope all is well with you . take care Gabby
