44 lbs is awesome! I hope to be at 1/2 that. You have to update some photos so we can see your progress. I had my pre-op yesterday at the hospital and today with Dr. B. I was very happy when he said that I could pick up my kids and didn't have to wait any long period to heal. My kids start pre-school the week after my surgery and i would need to pick them up and put them in their car seats.
