    Hi Teresa...I am good, I feel good. I did loose the 5lbs that I gained after soft foods and I think I have lost an additional 3 more lbs. Thanks for the heads up about the fill..I go tomorrow for my first one and let me tell you I am NERVOUS!!! I honestly don't know where my port is..I haven't "found" it yet. So I haven't been told but what are the diet restrictions after you get a fill?
