Well that's terrible that your weight loss slowed but amazing that you lost 10 lbs. I haven't started any type of diet yet because I am right at the border line and can't loose any more weight before getting insurance approval. I'm really anxious for that to happen so I can begin the process. Our 4th was great...hope your's was as well.
