dear please help, sometimes that can occur if the esophogus is in spasm, and you eat too fast. it has happened to me a few times after my first fill. dry food can also bring it on. try slowing down, and waiting until the first few bites go down okay before you put another bite in your mouth.. it is an awful feeling! good luck!!
