I will going to Miami...I am no where near the 100 mark. I am not good at this lapband I am sitting at about 203-204.. it sucks. I dont know what to do. I dont over eat I excercise and I am stuck!
I remember looking at your pics months ago, You have made great progress. I am like you, I thougt is was ok if I had some cookies or a brownie at night here and there but three weeks ago I realized i had to stop that. I felt like If I ate good the enitire day and did my exercise a brownie at night shouldnt hurt. Boy was I wrong! Since the change three weeks ago I am down 5lbs. I wasnt loosing at all before that. I would lose when I get more restriction but thats about it.
thanks hun. I went to Vegas last weekend and right before i went I lost about 3-4lbs and I gained it back while away. Im getting back on track. And I do feel great.
Hey girllie...I am ok. I wish I had more weight loss to report but I am holding steady at about 206-208 at times. this thing is hard! I workout on a regular and I do not overeat. On Sunday I am starting Dr. Ian Smith 40 day diet. I bought the book yesterday. Lets see what happens. How are you?
