75 lbs gone forever! This is a size 12-14 dress too. I couldnt believe it when I tried it on and it fit!

True love is a beautiful thing. I have an ex who I am still best friends with and he truly loves me just the way I am. He just told me last night that he understands that I am doing this for me but he loves me just the way I am, big butt and all! lol -
these r the bowls i eat out of...its easier to show everyone a pic than to try to explain...i fill this bowl with tuna...chicken fajitas...tofu chili...etc....protein...i eat out of these bowls 3xs a day and i ALWAYS eat out of them...i this keeps me full

Hey Girl, yeah I am so ready for it to be here. My only fear right now is hoping that my liver has shrunk enough. I have cheated twice on pre-op but nothing that bad. From here on until my surgery I am just on protein shakes so I hope all goes well. I will keep you posted. I will do some before pics a day before surgery and write a blog of my feelings so look out for that.

Hello Kim, Ok I had my pre-op app yesterday,I met with paula, who took my weight( down 4lbs) and then met with dory who gave me the scprits i will for after surgery and also told me i need to get the optifast for the pre-op diet. I asked was there an alternative and she said Mary pat would offer some suggestions. I was going to purchase it but when she told me that they only had 1 case where someones liver was too big to do the operation i deceided to try to shrink my liver without using the optifast. I just think its too expensive. Mary Pat told me to use Carnation Instant Breakfast instead. ( no sugar). The first week you get to have 4-5 and a meat protien w/veggies. The second week is strickly shakes. So wish me luck mama...i am gonna need it.
