I am not sure how long its going to take for me to get a date but when I do.....WOOHOOWWW!!!! I will be elated.
BTW- you are soooo crazy... i viewed a few youtube videos...i will look at the rest on the train ride home from work on my G1 google phone.

Wow you had a speedy recovery and lost alot of weight in the process.
I have one more Nutrition visit (May 1st) and at that time paperwork will be submitted. You dont know how much I hope and pray this all works out for the best.

I have not been banded yet. I have my 2nd out of three supervised WL appointments next week. If all goes wel iI hope to be banded sometime in June.

Right now I just got finished having my Psyh Eval and my Chest X-ray this past weekend. I still have two more appointments to go under the supervised weight loss with the nutritionist. The next appointment is the beginning of April, then the last in May. I am just praying that all my paper is good and I am approved. My medical Dr. is in the process of trying to get my records from previous doctors so she can right the letter of recommendation for the insurance company( I've only had her as a Dr. for about a year now). Pray for me that all goes well.

Need Psyhcologist under Aetna to do my Evaluation in NYC

Can someone in the NYC/Westchester area refer my to their Psychologist that did their Evaluation and that takes Aetna. The NP at my WLS group referred me to one but she does not take my insurance and its $160. They did tell me I could use someone else as long as they can do the evaluation and write the letter for the insurance company. I am not sure if i should use the person referred by my WLS group, as i am sure she has the upmost experience in writing the referals or go with someone else that would be covered by Aetna. I dont want to screw myself over and get denied this procedure by the insurance company either:cursing: -

I think I will call my insurance company and the psych reffered by the hospital to see if I can get reimbursed. I dont want to pull out money I dont have to. But on the other hand I dont want to mess up my chances of being approved by Aetna either over this. -
