I was told I could have a ammodium plus gas relief to stop the diahrreah...I love that stuff. I wasnt sure about the applesauce thing but i do love it. I have been doing the cream soups for most of the week and got real creative and combined a few..lol I also have started on the can soups..throwing them in the blender until smooth..the clam chowder i had last night was heaven sent! Ususally for b-fast I have a protein shake made with soymilk...its usually filling..then the same for lunch if not some soup and usually some soup for dinner with a yougurt for a snack if im still hungry. I have been pretty good at getting in liquids with the help of sugar free drink mixes. I am so looking forward to the mushy stage which starts next week for me. I also have my appointment at that time and hope to be able to get some vitamins as well as a good idea of what I can and cant eat. Well take care and talk to you soon!
