It's Gretchen. Thanks for the reply! So tell me about you! How long have you been considering the band, and what made you decide to go through with it?

I have been considering for almost 2 years, and finally decided to go through with it due to my family history of diabetes and heart disease. My mother was over weight and died at age 44 from diebetes and heart disease. I have a 3 year old son and knew I had to make a change before the same thing happened to me. I cant wait to get healthy! 142lbs to lose, and I'm ready!
