I was banded in March of 09, so about ten months ago. I didn't have to pay prior, the only thing I had to pay prior was a "program fee" of $375. Sure, I would call and see what they say--I think Karen is the one that calls the new patients back. she also handles the finances and should be able to tell you anything and everything.
