Hi Jewy, how are you and bigbones doing? I'm feeling a bit pissedoff as I haven't lost as much weight as I thought I would have by now. On the fat free diet I lost 8ibs, on the trip to Brussels I lost a further 6lbs, since then I have lost 5lbs. On the 23 April I had a fill, 3mls, I feel no difference. Please can you let me know how you guys have been getting on.
