Texas_rose I have lost 82 lbs in 6 months and I can honestly say that I have no flab in my face or arm hang. My legs are also toned:thumbup:. My only problem area is my inner thigh:scared2:. My Doctor is also very impressed with how toned my skin is I owe this to GOD. I think that walking has helped with toning and losing most of my belly fat. I know age and genetics plays a role also. Walking is good for my heart and helps me stay toned . Good Luck :blushing:

HI, I was banded March, 18, 2009. I have lost 82 lbs in 6 months. I never had a fill. I count my calories and walk/jog 1 or 2 miles 6 days a week and the weight is still coming off. Thank GOD!! Good luck!!

Hi, I was banded March 18,2009. Almost 4 weeks have passed and I am still having pain at my port site. I only have this pain when I am sitting or when I rise up from sitting. This is when I feel the most pain at the port site. It appear to be getting worse, should I be worried? Is this normal? Is there any one out there who has experienced this discomfort also? Will it go away? :thumbup:

HI, Amandah I am sorry it took me a while to reply to your post. I never went to the doctor. I made the appt. but it stop hurting before I went, so I cancel the appt. I am sorry I couldn't help you. I do think you need to vist your doctor and if every thing checks out good ask him about the use of a abd binder. _______________________ before surgery / current 337 / 255 0 fills

Hi, I was banded in Virgina. My surgeon is Dr.Glen Moore. I was banded about 2 weeks ago. I have already lost 30lbs. Good luck !!

Have any one been band by Dr.Glen Moore? Please tell me about your experience with him. I will be band in the middle of march, if all goes well.I am Feeling supper nervous about having the lap band done. Hoping that some one out there, who has been banded by him could help me by telling their experience.

Hi I am awaiting a lapband surgery date. I am told sometime in March,:thumbup:but I am very nervous .I don't think my surgeon has enough experience with doing lap band procedures. :scared2:I am getting my lap band done in Chesapeake, Virgina at Bon Sercure. My surgeons name is Dr.Glen Moore .He has only being doing lap band procedures for 2yrs and he has done less than 40 lapband procedures. Should I be worried ? Is there any one out there banded from the state of Virgina? Anyone banded by Dr. Glen Moore?:cursing: Please help me !!
