Anyone know of Dr De Bruyne Chris

Hi Everyone, Sorry, I've not been on the blog lately! But when the weight lost is going so slow and I'm so hungry at the mo! Got to wait until the 30th for my 1st fill. I know it's a slower process than the bypass, but I would of thought I would be losing more weight than this, as I'm only on mushy foods. I MUST HAVE PATIENCE!! I MUST HAVE PATIENCE!! I'll just keep repeating it over and over again, until the 30th and hope I get some restriction! -

Hi, Thanks for all your encouragements! I'm feeling alot better, I think the speed walking at the end of the walk, was too much for the port area! The info, I was given from my surgeon, you can go back to walking and cycling, 3 days after surgery!! But, I'm going to do a more relaxing walk, more of a stroll instead!! Thanks again and good luck everyone x -

Hi Everyone, I'm 14 days post-op and was feeling great, walking an average of 4-6 miles a day! But all of a sudden, I'm now experiencing a sore tummy, tender where the scars are, have I done too much, too early or can I upset the lapband? I had a boneless chicken thigh, 2 days ago and brought it straight up! Can I of made the lapband slip that easy? or am I being paranoid? Can anyone give me advice or have experienced this themselves? -

Hi Everyone, Struggling a bit with the amount I'm eating! Only been banded 10 days and there's no restriction at all! Help, I'm going to undo all I've done, has anyone got any ideas on mushy foods? I'm having mash, soups, overcooked mashed vegs! Would love to meet everyone later on in the year, the only thing is, Sheffield is over 3 hours away from Maidenhead in Berkshire. -

Hi Fatpants, Sorry, we couldn't find you afterwards as well. I had no trouble with the barium, the doctor did say, I was drinking less and less, lol! I've even had to take something to get me moving, as I haven't been since the hotel on wednesday!! I'm glad your doing well, apart from the gas! When I have my soup or a drink, I get a slight pain in my chest? Not sure, if I'm eating too much or too quick? -

Hi Everyone, I've been banded now and feeling a bit of a fraud, I've a slight bit of discomfort in the chest region, but otherwise, I'm doing great! Lost 12lbs pre-op and now another 9lbs since 17th March (4days). Coping with the injections alright, was a bit worried at first, but I think, I was making a fuss in my head about nothing!!! Hope all the others that got banded on the same day and in March so far are feeling well. I couldn't think of a better place to have my lapband op in, the hospital was immaculate and the staff were lovely. Dr Chris & Frederick were great, very reassuring and answered any worries I had about the op!! Good luck to all, my new slimmer life begins now, yippeee!!! -

Hi Everyone, I'm going to be banded in Belguim on 17th March with my Sister, Jewy. Getting really nervous now. We're lucky, we only go on a low fat diet, to decrease the size of the liver. I'm hungry on this diet, so I hate to think, what you all on a liquid diet are going through? Good Luck for everyone getting banded this week!! -
Hi, I'm going to have my LB fitted on 17th March in Beligum with my sister, Jewy!! Can anyone tell me, what to expect from start to when I leave hospital the next day? A really nervous, scared, but excited couple of girls, counting the days!:rose:,
