Congratulations on your surgery approval!!!!!!!! That is awesome! Did you get a date yet? I am back from vacation. It was a bit frustrating, the scale showed a 4 pound weight gain. Ended up being fluid. 2 days home and back on protein shakes for two days and increased my water and it went down. Not weight loss but no gain really. Back at the gym and being "good". I love this band. Let me know how it is going!

Thanks for your nice comments. Wishing you the best of luck! I am on vacation right now but I promise when I get back I will write a more detailed message. In the meantime go to the post board where I am the most called "I'm here to help" by IndigoGirl. This is the most motivating thread on LBT. Many of the girls are 1-2-3 years post op and have lost all of their weight and many have surpassed their goals! I got tired of people complaining and whining in the threads that had their surgery at the same time I did. These girls are the best. You don't have to post anything, just read if you want. Welcome!
