HELP my esophageal Stacking is hindering my succes

Honey...You are TOO TIGHT...The food is stretching your upper pouch...in time your band WILL SLIP if you maintain your current restriction. You need to have an unfill-at least half the saline removed from your band, and give your pouch at least 4 weeks to rest and shrink. During this time you will need to limit your food intake to no more than 1 to 1 1/2 cups at each meal...Sure this doesnt sound fun, but this problem is correctable without surgery...band slippage is not....Best of Luck Theresa R

Can you believe...me in a bathing suit that shows my stomache

Hi tmg...My way to overcome platueaus seems to be a little out of the norm...I CHEAT..I give my body a tiny "break" from the hard work its doing...I still maintain my workouts, but I take a full day-sometimes two-off from dieting and enjoy my sweets or whatever I miss ....then I restart with new commitment...usually seems to get me past my stall....
  3. At my heighest weight I weighed 373#...I weighede 180 when I had my TT done...I had originally planned on having RNY, and when I had consulted w/my surgeon on it he had set a 185# goal weight for me...I just always kept that weight in mind for myself as a goal...I'm happy with where I am weight-wise...if I could lose more in only my thighs I would, but unfortunately with more loss comes more wrinkles in my face area, so I'm simply working on staying within a 5 lbs. range from 180.
