    I told a few co-workers because one of them had it and he told me about it, some family which will become all family eventually, but it does not matter who knows and who doesn't because to be succesful you must be focused and not care about what anyone thinks anyway.

    i never thought i could do this, but i am proud of myself this diet is hell and it is not easy but i am only one more day away and it is still hard as hell. any november 5th bandsters out there and how did you do on pre-op diet.:thumbup:

    :thumbup: I am excited and scared all combined into one but i know i am ready for this journey, any thoughts on the best way to start the liquid diet, and the best way to be sucessful at it. Thanks.

    Good for you, my pre-op diet starts October 22nd, only liquids and gelatin. I also wanted ask you how do you get your weight loss Ticker to display in your post, i cannot get mine to work, anyway thanks and good luck on your surgery.

    Thank you and good luck, i am going to try the atkins shakes because they have only 1g of sugar less than slim fast.

    I just got approved yesterday 9-28-2009 , i have been getting the run around since july they say that my doctors report went to the wrong dept, this the first step in what i hope will a great journey to wellness.:tongue2:

    :smile:Hello bandsters, i hope to be where you are soon. i got my third visit with dietitian, 3 more to submit forms for approval, this is a long and tedious process, did anyone else have such a long journey to bandland. I am new to forum please share your thoughts and opinions. Thanks.
