Good to hear from you. Sounds like you are doing fabulous, Congratulations! I go for my first fill this Tuesday, looking forward to it. I am down 38 pounds now and I have never felt better. Rewarded myself with a new truck!

How are you feeling? The 28 day liquid diet I was on resulted in a 25 pound weight loss. I had my band put in on April 8th. I havent had any pain and am excited to watch myself change over the next year.

Thank you for the wonderful message. My banding was super fast and painless. Had the band placed on my tummy April 8th, I havent had any pain and fell wonderful. Your big day is 6 days away right?

I know all about the feeling weak with no energy. I'm on day 22 of a full liquid diet. My surgery date is April 8th. I have to assure you that the feeling hungry and weak will pass. Its not a good feeling. I quickly learned that water was the solution to the headaches I was getting. If I feel one starting I relax drink water and usually start feeling much better, quickly. I have also found that Special K has K2O water mixes that work well in controlling hunger. I've lost 21 pound in 3weeks with this liquid diet and walking. How are things going for you?
I have 4 days until surgery and I will be so glad to get something more than clear liquids. I have been doing my clear liquid pre Op diet for the past 18 days. It was tough but I survived without cheating even once. I am packed and ready for the hospital, actually looking forward to the 2 week recovery time I took off work. Keep in touch, Lighterload

yes, I've stated my liqid diet 3/11. I'ts a 28 day liquid diet and I have to admit I have had some weak moments but have managed to be strong. Have you started? Where are you getting yours done? I'm getting mine in San Diego CA.
