Hey thanks for the encouraging words! I've been flip flopping between 224 and 228 for the past 5 days now and I'm getting so frustrated. Frustrated because I just came off of a 5 day liquid diet (my doc does 3 days clear liquids, 2 days full liquids, following a fill) and lost a lot, but have put at least 3 back on now that I'm back on solid foods (this morning I was at about 228 even). And I still don't feel like I have such great restriction. Anyways, any advice that you have, I'd love to hear!! I really want to be a fast loser lol.
