thanks so much for your words! i just need to get rid of my scale bc i weigh myself literally 2 times a day....i know i shouldn't. Sometimes I feel like the weight loss is taking forever...but i've done well i think, i lost 47 lbs since may 22nd 09. i love to work out, i do it 5-6 times a week, how often did you work out during this time? and what is your workout routine now that you're lighter and healthier?
