Thanks for the pic comment!! Also thanks for your tips & advice...it really helps.Just a question with you eating 3-1/2 cup servings a food a day no snack's are you satisfied due to proper restriction?? or do you just use self control & restriction?? I haven't really measured my food but I think I would still be hungry?? but I also dont think I'm at proper restriction either nor do I exercise enough self control sometimes?? Anyway you look really great & truly are an inspiration!! Take care!! Teal
