I saw your post about fast loser and I am so so happy for you. I just wonder if you can give me some point or like sample of what you eat in a day? I am about 2 months out but I am at lost of what to eat. I mean I tried to use fitday but most food that I eat is not on the list. My doctor said no more that 1/2 -3/4 cup per meal and such and said protein first, then veggies then fruit. I do exercise some by walking since I cannot join the gym (3 kids under 4). I would like to do aerobics at home if I could but they are so many dvd out there. Could you please email me at tcbgirl@gmail.com ?
