Wow!!! That is awesome! Is she also exercising? I'm averaging 8 lbs/month. Which is good and frustrating at the same time because I've stepped up my already intencse workouts and have cut back on calories. I just got another fill hoping that would speed things along. How many oz's can the cups you use hold? I may have to get some too. Also do you include meat and veggies or just meant and have unlimited veggies on the side? What is breakfast like?
