Congrats on all your success, you look wonderful! Have you posted a sample menu of a couple of days of what you eat. I do go to the gym 3-4 days a week, but my wt. loss is still slow 1-2lbs a week. I eat the same thing usually. Cottage cheese w/fruit b-fast, 1/2 cup tuna salad, and chicken w/veggies for dinner.
