i have reached my goal...i am now maintaining...if i continue to lose i will put back on what i think needs to go back on...i will not stop exercising...i'm only a year out...so i may lose a little more..../thats the beauty of the band though...i can then put some weight back on if need be...in a healthy way without becoming obese again....:-)

as soon as i was able to eat solids again...i ate out of those bowls...i'm a year out and still eating out of them...congrats on ur surgery!!!!!!!!!!

when u get in2 single digit sizes it varies...targets size 6's are getting too big...but a size 6 jean from wet seal or forever 21 won't go past my thighs...i don't even pay attention to sizes anymore...new york and company's sizes seem to b on point...my new problem is that i'm too tall for skirts and dresses at those lil junior stores...too fat..too tall...if its not 1 thing its the other...

they measure out to be a 1/2 cup of food..i eat breakfast...lunch and dinner out of them. :-)

my question is...i was doing the rotating stairs on a level 12...since i had to cut some of my time at the gym i now do them at level 15...is it the time spent or the intensity of the work-out?
do u think cutting those 15 minutes out of my work-out will balance out if i exercise more intensely? thank u for ur time
