i did a liquid diet for 8 days prior to surgery...and lost all of 5 pounds...i lost 37 pounds my first six weeks...and took another huge dip in december...i really didnt keep track of my loss...which i totally regret now...i myself didnt expect to lose this fast.... -
ur on ur way to knowing what its like to NOT have to shop in the plus size section anymore...and when u get there.....can i b one of the 1st people u notify???????....because i REALLY...REALLY want to b one of the 1st to congradulate u!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

have u tried the vanilla wassabubblebutt?????? i have ordered a few flavors i havent really liked....but i was thinking a lil vanilla with a strawberry on the go mixed in.....hummmmmm...lol

by the way its cheaper on fitness first usa.com....and i was very dissapointed with the customer service i recieved from baritriac advantage....and fitness usa has it in vanilla which i'm going to try when i run out of fuzzy navel....

the nectar is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE!!!!!!!!!! i'm sipping on fuzzy peach right now...with a fruit punch crystal light on the go mixed in....i LOVE the lemon iced tea too...i get an "on the go" to mix in with the nectar powder....my morning routine is to go to 7-11 on my way to work...fill up a super big gulp with ice...throw the nectar powder and a crystal light in...mix and sip all day....

2-day is my 7th month bandiversary and im 120 pounds down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i cant say enuff good things about the band...yes...i've had to work very hard...yes i had to change the way i eat and view food...yes i have to exercise...is exercising and eating healthy worth looking better...feeling better...wearing a size 10?????????OH YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i didnt need much conveincing...i was 296 pounds...double chin...fat face...i was disgusted with myself...i was convinced anything was better than living in that huge ...sloppy body...and i'm right!!!!!!!!!!! as far as complications...i consider mine to b the norm...if i eat to fast or dont chew good...yes i will pb...did i lose hair...yes and its now growing back...when ur morbidly obese there r far more complications!!!!!!!!!!

i went last week for my 5th fill.....and the fill i thought would take me home to goal....but after a week i'm hungry....starving after 2 hours!!!!!!!!!i know some people that don't feel restricted till 2 weeks after a fill....so i made my appt. for may 20th...but i usually feel it as soon as i eat solids after 24 hours .... i am a bandster that DOES NOT believe in snacking at all....i know that will start up bad habits 4 me...i am still losing...due to my will to stay on track...i just called my surgeons office and asked for another appt. so i could get a fill...my 4th fill was perfect...i stayed "full" for 5 hours inbetween meals...my surgeon is reluctant to give me another fill because i am still losing...but isnt this the whole purpose of the band...too feel restriction...and not to over-eat or snack all day...i feel no matter if i'm losing or not...if i need a fill...i need a fill...i have amped up my exercise and i dont know if this has anything to do with why i'm not feeling satisfied for as long as i was or what...i have no problems following the rules....but i did get this tool to assist me with the rules....i do feel the restriction but not for long and i'm hungry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:thumbup: -

i have the realize band...i was asked literally 10 mins b4 surgery if i wanted the realize band....at that point i was tired...hungry....and anxious....i told my surgeon he could put a great white in my stomach 4 all i cared....lol....the realize band has the online tracking site...which i've never used...my surgeon preferred the realize band....but i dont think one is better than the other..... -
