u can ask me anything (about weight or the band of course...lol) and i'll give u a honest answer!!!!!!!! i don't sugar coat anything....so if u want me to b 100 with u don't get sensitive on me!!!!!! i no longer post threads or respond to threads...but i'm always here to answer ur ?'s ....support u....help u if i can...and make positive comments on how beautiful u all r...haters stay off my page please...i know u love what u see!!!! u won't admit it...its that jealousy!!!!!!! don't get it confused now!!!!!

i have a lot of excess skin on the lower part of my stomach...my plastic surgeon estimates it to b about 4 pounds...i dont take pix of that part of my stomach....lol...my arms are okay...my upper thighs r so-so...i need to go to the gym...i have some serious toning to do...all my exercise has been hard core cardio...cardio will take off inches and wait...but it won't tighten muscles like weight trainig...my face and neck went back without any excess skin at all...i was lucky...i'm happy with my back as well...the skin really bothered me at first...i lost my initial weight quick and i was very upset with what i was seeing when i looked in the mirror (the skin)...the excess skin looked like a pattern...u could c exactly where it needed to b cut off...i'm okay with it now....since then everything has gotten smaller...my favorite thing would b my waist line...i got a mean lil waist line...lol

with the restriction i have right now...i cant eat unlimited anything...lol...i'm not sure how many ounces the cups r...i will look when i get home and let u know...i like egg salad for breakfast...or a boiled egg and a piece of string cheese...celery and pnut butter...tuna salad...i usually mix my veggies and chicken...like with the fajitas...the veggies r mixed with chicken...last week for lunch i had chicken and brocolli mixed in pesto sauce...she is walking 6 miles a day...i do more....but i built myself up slowly

i've been working 1 on 1 with another bandster...she was stuck...and counting everything!!!!!!!! i told her to stop...we bought the lil cups i eat out of...and she ate what i ate...she has lost 18 pounds since mid may!!!!!!!!! she was sooooo focused on counting this and that...setting goals...she lost focus...i told her to relax....and push it off day by day....she is doing great!!!!!!!!

i honestly have no idea....i know in the begining i was staying between 600-800...i'm the bandster that doesn't count....lol...i eat a 1/2 cup of food 3x's a day...tuna...with real mayo...chicken...2day i brought fajitas...people get to wrapped up in counting and lose focus...i eat whatever i can fit in my lil 1/2 cup of food and a piece of fruit for dessert...no rice...bread or pasta...but i eat everything else...
