awwwww thank u sooooooooo much!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm not sure if the bowls r 8 or 4 ounces....they measure out to b a 1/2 cup in a measuring cup...i have not stepped foot in the gym yet...although i need too...i'm happy i look toned in my pics....but thats not the case in real life...looks pretty good with clothes on...lol...i have 4 pounds of excess skin on my lower stomach...i just don't take pix of that mess...lol...i am a cardio maniac...i power walk/ jog 6-7 days a week for an hour and a 1/2 to 2 hours...i wish u the best of luck...please feel free to message me anytime!!!!!!!!!!!
