Got this done at Jade Dragon Tattoo in Chicago, IL in 2006. It says "that which does not kill me..." and is in between 2 of the scars from having a double nephrectomy (kidneys removed) when I was younger.

i've been thinking about tatooing over my tummy tuck scar...i might steal ur idea...:-) -
as most of you already know...i had a tummy tuck last monday....i insisted on reaching goal b4 surgery...i weighted myself the sunday b4 i went to the hospital and made it to 160.8!!!!!!!!!! i was so nervous and busy getting ready for surgery i didn't even get to celebrate reaching my goal!!!! but i did it!!!! i lost 136 pounds in 10 months and 10 days...i'm currently at 157.7...no appetite since surgery and had approx. 3-4 pounds of skin removed. but yes i did...i made it to goal!!!!!!!!!!!

ps. telll us all about it...how much money ?? did insurance cover any? how long did you have to be at, or near your goal weight to qualify? Who was your doc? Did you hurt a lot?? my insurance covered a panniculectomy...which would have removed the skin...but not have tucked anything...and would not have gotten rid of the fat from over my hips...u know how there is a little fat roll...from the big fat roll on ur sides...all fat rolls gone...lol...i had to pay $3000 out of pocket...the rest was covered...it was painful...hurt more then my c-section...but i got real sick from the pain medication...the pain wasnt as bad as how sick i got...i felt horrible and thats an understatement...my plastic surgeon was dr. kryger in thousand oaks... -

I'm back at work finally!!!!!!! i went through a mini tuck 7 days ago!!!!! very painful and sick 4 the first 3 days after...really sick...i have no regrets..my tummy is looking good...no more hanging skin..a few things were moved around...lmao...i can't wait to heal and make this stomach in2 a washboard at the gym!!!!!!!! i posted pics of my surgery

i'm soooooooo excited for u!!!!!!!! my tuck was worse then i expected...the recovery was worse then the pain...i got really sick from the pain medicine...i'm so glad the first week is over...i cant wait to get my ass back in the gym...i dont regret it...my tummy looks good...its still swollen and bandaged...oooo and they pulled my va-j-j up to my 4-head...lmao...but seriously its really high up and i had to do a double take when i looked in the mirror for the first time...lmao

it was worse then i expected...the recovery was horrible...the pain is pretty bad too...but i was so sick from the pain medicine...the plastic surgeon did a beautiful job...i dont regret it...but it was worse then i prepared myself for..my tummy is flat and no more hanging skin...they moved my va-j-j- so high up it mise will b on my 4head....lmao!!!!!!

it was much worse then i expected...i'm back at work finally!!!!!! never thought i would b so happy to b back at work...my tummy is still swollen but is getting flatter by the day and no more hanging skin...they moved some body parts around...wink...wink and my va j j is really high up!!!!!!!!!! lmao!!!!!!1
