Hi! Yes, we are on the same path of weight loss it seems! I have lost 30 lbs so far, but I am happy with that. It does seem slower compared to some, but I find it better not to compare too much! Everybody is so different. I am doing some moderate exercising, walking and riding my bike. I do find that when I do this, the weight comes off better! I didn't have my 4th fill yet, but will probably schedule it soon if I don't see the scale moving again. I have stayed the same weight for a few weeks now. But that's how it goes for me...stay the same...then lose 2-4 lbs....stay the same....lost 2-3 lbs.! So, I don't care how it goes, as long as it is still moving DOWN!! : ))))) Keep up the good work and I look forward to talking to you more!
