the only thing i can advise u is to be confident and beat them in answering the questions before they ask u...just bust out layin it all out to them , how u would handle irate customer, and irate co worker, and overwhelming amt of work, organization..if u beat them and answer before they ask u the questions...u get them confused and all they are trying to do is keep up with u and write down all of ur answers down on the paper...it has wrked all the time for me..i go in there telling them what they want to hear before they even ask, but i know that what im telling them is what they have on the list of things to ask...make sure u laugh and show a sense of humor also...
