RE: your question about a PB. It's short for productive burping. You'll see it a lot when also reading about sliming. PB'ing is basically a burp that frees up a stuck food item. Usually from eating too large a piece or too much. Also sounds like it happens if drinking while eating ( another reason they're against that). Sliming is when a lot of saliva is produced, again due to stuck food. Because the opening is blocked, the body is trying to produce saliva to help dissolve it or move it down. -- I'm also new, scheduled for later this month, but I've read this in other threads. Someone has a detailed explanation, you may come across it if reading about PB'ing.
