I am having trouble eating breads, I am eating the whole grain wheat bread not white but it is causing me such pain. I know that I have to limit my bread intake but I didn't think I would have to eliminate it. It causes me such pain when I do try it, and then even hours afterwards. Does any one else have or had this problem?

Just let me know when you wanna start working out, I am so excited about this. I really love it! Do you guys live on base or off base? I was thinking of hitting the gym in the mornings before I have to go into work. Just let me know girl! HUGS!!!!

Still a little sore, he does this one deep incesion (SP) and he has to stich it really tight so that one still is pretty sore. He said that its normal to not to worry, he said its because he had to stich the muscle so tight. Its getting better though. Other than that one I am feeling great. Not really hungry but I do eat but I get full fast. I am struggling with my protein drinks, I cant seem to find one that I dont think is nasty LOL. I am going to get some dry protein mix and try that, see if the homemade ones taste a little better. I am so excited for you. When you feel up to it let me know how it went. And then when we are both cleared for exercise we can go to the gym on base and work out if you want. Best wishes and I will be thinking about you!

Yeah its pretty messed up that they pulled me from there but unfortunatly there isn't anything I can do about it. So I will just press on, lol. My weight loss is going awesome. I went and seen Dr. Monash last Wednesday and had lost 13 lbs, WOO HOO! I am so glad I got this done, it is worth the pain. I bet you are excited, I know I was dying with anticapation before my surgery. Good luck and I hope everythings goes well for you.

I know you, LOL. Your Luke's mom, its Tina from room 134 (or use to be no longer in that room). Congrats on getting banded. Dr. Monash is amazing, couldn't ask for a better dr. Good luck and keep in touch!

I work at the CDC at Davis Mothan AFB in Tucson AZ. As for if they can do it or not, I dont see why they cant. They didn't fire me just took my room from me. And right now I dont know that I would want it back. Dont think I can face those that I use to call friends.
