Gaining weight after banding and looking for a lap band meeting in Sacramento

Hello, I was banded on Jan. 17, lost 13 lbs, but have gained 3 to 4 lbs. Is this normal after eating regular food? I'm also looking for a laband support group in the Sacramento area. My doctor was Dr. Waldrep in Roseville. Thanks
