  1. it's on my right shoulder blade. I have one right below my collar at the top of my back, and then the infamous tramp stamp on my lower back. I plan on getting another after our next baby that goes down my spine, I just have to figure out what I want this time.

  2. It's perfectly normal to go through those emotions. The one thing you can look forward to is you will be able to eat your favorite foods again, just in smaller portions. I honestly never feel deprived or like I am dieting now that I'm at goal. Good luck on your surgery, and keep us posted on your progress.

  3. Just wanted to wish you the very best today, I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery. I'm sorry I didn't see your post earlier, I was out of state visiting family and friends in Texas. Let us know how everything goes ! ! !

  4. Kathy, seriously do NOT allow this idiot to cause you grief. Just ignore him/her, and go on about your day. They aren't worth the energy or emotion you are giving them. Seriously, do not even think you did anything wrong. This happens every time someone posts anything that isn't picture perfect about this program. I'm sorry you're upset, but don't cry over this. You were honest, and gave your experience, and your feelings. You are entitled to your opinion, your feelings, and how you feel should not be negated by anyone. Just let it go, you need support, you need to focus on your recovery, and do not allow this person or anyone else detour recovery and sleeve journey. Your post was not offensive, nor false.

  5. Linda, Annak, Avilda, TexasT (Tara), me and KermitOJP (Olivia), and one of my friends named Shayna that I know from a couple of years ago before surgery.

  6. Literally right off 820 and Blue Mound Rd. I'll shoot you a message with my cell phone number so we can figure it all out. I'll refrain from smoking in the car with you. I'll probably have a rental car.

  7. Lost 35lbs the first month, had surgery June 3rd, by Aug 21st had dropped 60lbs, and then the last week of September which put me super close to 4 months out I had dropped 80lbs. At that point, my surgeon was kind of freaking out because I had lost so fast, so he made me add more carbs, But I was too stubborn and still lost another 35lbs in 2.5 months.

  8. Mine is a 32, but the difference between a 32 and 34 is right around 1mm. No big difference. I can actually eat more than some people with a 36fr so as long as your sleeve is made with a 40 or smaller, you'll do great. . . Congrats on your date. You'll love the sleeve ! ! !

  9. My album should still be there, I have no idea where it went. I have it open to all my friends and your on my list so I don't know where it is. I'll try to figure it out.

  10. My nut recommended 1500-1800 calories a day. Limit white carbs to 80grams, up the protein to 80-100, and stay low fat since I had my stupid gallbladder removed and can't eat full fat stuff anymore. I eat lots of veggies, and pita chips. I am finally able to eat avocados and peanut butter again so I think those healthy fats are helping me maintain. Since February 4th, I've dropped 13lbs. The gallbladder surgery sent me into losing again.I still have amazing restriction, and still eat by the rules 90% of the time, but sometimes I'll eat more potatoes, pasta or rice and some veggies at some meals just because that's what my body is craving. I've gotten over head hunger. I still make the best choice when it comes to snacks, but I splurge a couple times a week.

  11. My surgeon used a 32fr bougie.

  12. No, my insurance covers the psych eval. But, that is the standard rate from what I've read around the boards.

  13. Ohhhhhhhhh that's kinda crazy. You'll do okay, and just take it one day at a time.

  14. Seriously, I'm on videos on youtube? ? ? I didn't authorize any of that, wow that's so scary. Life under goal is cool, I wish I could maintain, I'm just trying to get it to stop at this point.

  15. Several people have to go through a 6 month supervised diet/exercise program. It helps show that you're willing to make some behavioral changes along with surgery. You'll do great and keep me posted.

  16. Surgery went really great. It only took an hour. Recovery went really smoothly as well. I was up and awake in about 90 minutes. They let me come home yesterday around 11:30, I got home about noon. The discomfort, and pain has kicked in today. I think I probably overdid a little bit yesterday when I came home, but I'm resting comfortably with the help of lortab elixir LOL. Thanks for checking on me.
