Tiffykins

Hello Tiffykins, I am currently trying to et a refferal to an Mtf 4hrs away for the vsg. I have been getting the runaround from my pcm for 3 weeks saying they dont have the proper info. I have a civilian pcm my mtf doesnt do the vsg but fort gordon does. Does my pcm submit to tricare or to the mtf? what info does my pcm need? do they need the specific doctor? or just the mtf? help.....
