I was just wondering if you ever felt like you needed to see what your stomach capacity was? I feel like I can consume to much but it may be in my head. Most people I know had rouen y and do the pouch test. Do you know of a way to gauge your actual stomach size(capacity). I guess I need to do it so I know I am ok. Sounds crazy I know.
