Hi. You seem like the mother of the VSG world with all the great advice
so I wanted to ask you...Is it hard to stay away from junk food? I am like a junk food junkie and I am very afraid of gaining the weight back. My surgery is scheduled for 6/8/10. Is the diet hard to do? Will I gain weight again?
